History

Sion Kearsey co-founded Kelso Place in 2000 and Philip Weston has been a Partner since joining in 2001.

We have made 24 investments since 2000 including bolt-on acquisitions. Initially, we focused on distressed and turnaround investing but we have built upon our investment and operational experience in those markets to evolve our focus through special situations to corporate carve-outs and buy and build opportunities, with sector specialisations in technology and luxury brands.
